Booking, Payment & No-Show Terms

Booking process

Guests select a unit, dates and guest count, then submit a request. The host confirms availability and the final payable amount. A request by itself is not a confirmed reservation.

Payment options

After confirmation, guests may pay a ₱1,000 reservation fee per unit or the full confirmed booking amount. Any remaining balance is due on check-in. Payment receipt submission is not proof of verified payment until the host approves it.

Guest-initiated cancellation

The reservation fee is non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellation. Full payments are generally non-refundable on guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed booking terms, subject to applicable law, host-approved exceptions, or failure to provide the promised accommodation. Any mandatory statutory rights prevail.

No-show

If a guest does not arrive or contact the host by the agreed check-in deadline, the guest may be treated as a no-show and paid amounts may be forfeited after host review. Emergency circumstances or serious documented reasons may be reviewed individually. Guests should contact the host as soon as possible.

Changes and special circumstances

Changes depend on availability and written confirmation from the host. If the property cannot honor a confirmed reservation, contact the host for resolution or refund as required by applicable law.
