After the host confirms the stay, you can choose a ₱1,000 reservation fee per unit with the balance due upon check-in, or pay the confirmed total in full. Payment details are shown after confirmation.
Reservation fees are generally non-refundable. Full-payment cancellation and no-show consequences are described in the booking terms, subject to applicable legal rights and any host-approved exception.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is usually between 11:00 AM and 12:00 noon, subject to the confirmed booking instructions for your unit.

Choose your preferred unit and dates. Once the host confirms your booking, pay either the ₱1,000 reservation fee per unit or the full confirmed booking amount. Reservation fee payments leave the remaining balance due at check-in.
